Job Description
- Monitor and manage day-to-day network performance and infrastructure health based on the OSI Layer framework.
- Operate and administer server environments running on Unix/Linux-based operating systems.
- Perform physical and logical infrastructure setups, including handling data cables, setting up network hardware, and managing basic server configurations.
- Assist in maintaining basic security protocols and keeping system baselines secure against cyber threats.
- Address and resolve technical tickets or customer queries with high responsiveness and maintain professional customer communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in an IT-based major.
- Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Solid understanding of the OSI Layer concept.
- Basic understanding of Cyber Security concepts.
- Hands-on experience operating Unix-based Operating Systems, such as Linux.
- Practical experience managing data cables, networking devices, and configuring server machines.
- Having attended CCNA-level training or holding a CCNA certification is a strong asset.
- Strong communication skills.
- High commitment to tasks, excellent punctuality, and a fast-response mindset.
