Job Description

  • Preparing all Banking needs for Projects (Bank Reference, Bank Support Letter, Bank Statement, Bank Guarantee, Bid/Tender, Advance Payment, Performance and Maintenance).
  • Releasing Cash Coll for Bank Guarantee and Surety bond from Project.
  • Creating All Payments to vendors (local and abroad) on Internet Banking.
  • Managing Company Assets & Finances, starting from office operations and Project operational budget.
  • Providing Cash Advance Operational or Project to Requestor.
  • Performing payment posting journal entries financial transactions
  • Maintaining relationships with Banks and Insurance Agencies.
  • Managing internals' treasury data for: Safe documents, Car Leasing, Petty cash, Technical Cost for Project, EMT's Expenses, Transaction status, Bank Guarantee and Surety bond, Legality and All Project's data.
  • Reviewing Petty Cash replenishment, Petty Cash expenses and Petty Cash balances.
  • Assisting in audit preparations including documentation for project finances and finance activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or project operations administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented, high level of accuracy and High Integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
