Job Description
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify, pursue, and secure high-value B2B opportunities and partnerships with enterprise-level clients.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver performance excellence and strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and solution alignment.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring high standards of execution and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy and drive innovation.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting to senior management.
- Represent the company at key industry events, client meetings, and business presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT consulting, system integration, or technology solutions companies focusing on enterprise/B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in IT Project Based consulting.
- Proven experience engaging with Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients, such as banking, insurance, or fintech.
- Outstanding attention to details especially numbers, in P&L Projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding enterprise revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into strategic solutions.
- Experienced in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, agile, and growth-oriented environments.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
